This is my first commercial client for cartoon art. I have found that I enjoy turning personalities into art!

Some say 420 Jim (his legal name on his license) is about as crazy as they come. Actually, a judge said that when he pronounced him clinically insane.
But that doesn't stop him from his mission of petitioning to get cannabis prisoners out of jail. At the end of the day, he's a good guy and one heck of a character.
